Plex Playing Back Weird Pixelated Content on all devices except iOS

Hi all,

Recently, I noticed that one of my series wasn’t playing back correctly on the web browser, Xbox and LG TV. I’m being presented with this strange pixelation as per below during playback:

Audio and subtitles are working perfectly fine but the video is all jumbled. I then tried to play the same video via iPad and iPhone and everything played as expected without this glitch. I also tested the source file and this played back perfectly via VLC player. I then used Handbrake to compress the file from MKV to MP4 and this fixed the issue across all devices.

This series contains two audio feeds and I was wondering if this was causing some kind of an issue? I did attempt to switch between both feeds with no luck.

Any ideas or has anyone experienced something similar? It’ll take me an age to use Handbrake on almost 200 episodes worth of content!

Awesome! Turning off hardware accelerated transcoding did the trick. I can live with that for now. Thanks very much for your help, FordGuy61.
