Can’t watch any movies

So, when I try to playback any movies, they look like this. What am I doing wrong?

Used MakeMKV to rip movies, running on a Synology NAS and have a well built home network. Fails on iPhone, laptop and smart tv. Playback works before transfer to my Plex server

I’m sure it’s something stupid simple but I don’t know what it is, so your guidance I seek.

PMS version?
Synology model?

Occurs when transcoding with hardware acceleration enabled?

If so, upgrade to latest PMS release. The problem had to do with an Intel video driver and was fixed several releases ago.
