Whenever I launch Plex > Playlists on my PS4 I get error CE-34878-0 and the app crashes. I have the latest PS4 System Software, latest Plex updates on PS4 and the latest server software running on my NAS. Everything works fine in a browser on a Windows machine and also works fine on my Android phones.
I paid $100 for a lifetime license …this is pretty disappointing, and I am trying to be polite here.
I just want to add that even if you have paid $100 for a lifetime license - Plex Support is basically off to a picnic smoking weed while the customers wait forever for an answer. I have come across a massive number of complaints on this forum where the OP is waiting forever for an answer with many posts from others who have the same issue, and there is never an answer and the topic is automatically closed**. This is horrendous for support when it comes to paid customers.**
This makes me never want to buy another product from Plex.
