Dear Forum,
I have a QNAP TS-119P with the latest Plex Media Server software (V0.9.15.3) downloaded from the QNAP App Center.
Plex QNAP server doesn’t download information about drawings and movies (metadata).
I Have renamed the movies correctly because if I use Plex Media Server on Mac or Windows, Plex Media Server downloads correctly the Metadata.
Therefore, I think it isn’t a router problem.
This is a example of Plex QNAP server Log:
1:31 PM Finished processing “xxxxxxxxxxx” in Film
1:31 PM Loading metadata for “xxxxxxxxxxx” in Film
1:31 PM Library scan complete: Extra information may still be downloading from the Internet
1:31 PM Downloading metadata for “xxxxxxxxxxx” in Film
xxxxxxxxxxx = film name!
I have tried to remove Plex Media Server software on QNAP and then I have re-installaed it!
The QNAP firmware released: 4.3.3 build 20171117
Could you please help me to solve this issue!

You have reached the point where that version of PMS will not work anymore. Version 0.9.15.3 is over 3 years old now. As part of the changes for 1.0.0, the Operations team was forced to make changes to support the newer PMS features. As of about version 1.5.x backward compatibility with all the older versions began to fail. It was inevitable
At this point, your best option is to use your QNAP as a NAS and run PMS from one of your computers

Any instructions on downloading updated version of PMS for QNAP boxes? Or is this not possible? Web GUI does not let me automatically update. Appreciate any info!
