I’ve ran Plex on OS X for years without issue. Recently switch to unRAID (Linux 4.4.30-unRAID, PMS version 1.2.7.2987) and now random movies lose their custom tags.
All movies are stored located on the unRAID. The movies aren’t being deleted and re-added by the PMS since they don’t reappear in “Recently Added.”
It’s just custom tags such as movie sort titles and collection. I never had the collections option checked on the Plex Movie agent. Movie posters and backgrounds remain intact.
I just unchecked “Refresh local metadata every three days” and “Refresh metadata periodically” under Scheduled server settings. Didn’t think that would affect it since those tags are locked.
Any ideas?
