Plex Refused my refund

Plex ripped me off and refuses to make good for the $89 Plex Pass I paid for.

On 12/20/2019 I brought a Lifetime Plex Pass for $89.

Somehow the email (user id) was entered incorrectly.

I contacted Plex on 12/21/2019 and requested they fix the email so I could log in and use my Plex Pass and account. They responded stating they can’t change the email assigned to the account even though the email was wrong making my Plex Pass un-retrievable.

Almost 3 years Plex still refuses to refund my $89 bucks.

Plex obviously feels that doing the right and honest thing by their customers is not business model they wish to follow.

Happy Plexing just don’t ask for refund for services you paid for and never received.
