Purchased Plex Pass on another account on accident

Pretty much what it says. I was helping a friend create an account “this account”. And apparently I forgot to log her out before upgrading my plex pass. Is there anyway to move the service over to my account if have the receipt and all the login stuff? Or anyway to get a refund so I can rebuy with the proper account logged in?

Sorry if this question has been answered, I tried looking up keywords to see if someone had this problem before.
