Plex refused to buffer media

Hello all. I am have a strange issue with my plex setup.

Raspberry Pi 3B+ Connected to router via ethernet cable

Installed on it is : Plex. Docker (with transmission/openvpn, sonarr and jackett). HDD plugged directly in to Pi. (Using a normal samsung USB charger to power the device)

I am trying to stream to a Android TV / Fire stick which are both very close to the router,

When I try and play a video it loads and buffers the first 2-3minutes very quickly each time I play a video but then the server/client doesnt seem to want to buffer anymore so once the stream catches up it disconnects and says connection to server not fast enough.

I have tried to play the same file via SMB + VLC on both of the TVs and it works perfectly. Has anyone encountered this before.

I have attached my logs.

I dont really understand this as it streams perfectly and on chrome it even says direct play?

So it will stream instantly for the first few minutes, buffer them within seconds but then almost refuses to push anymore data to the firestick.

The other thing to say is it is a firestick tv. I tried playing around with the settings such as audio pass through which could have thrown up this errorl

But that doesnt really explain why it buffers straight away on direct play but then suddenly stops buffering any further
??

So I have tried some more files and the same thing happens. It buffers a small amount. Plays perfectly then completely stops buffering anymore data.

I have attached the newest logs:

I have also uploaded a video, as you can see buffers the first few minutes instantly then stops buffering anymore. (It is on mute BTW)

Have tried this with multiple different mkvs. Files seem to play okay on vlc or archos player.

I have also noted that the PMS works perfectly on these same devices once I have restarted the whole device so unclear as to why it suddenly stops working.
