Plex Relay no longer working

Good afternoon -

I noticed since yesterday, client devices using the relay service to connect to my server can no longer connect. They say “Server” is unavailable.

The server works fine internally on the network, and if I use my VPN to connect to the device it works fine outside the network. The problem seems to be isolated to the relay.

I know it is not the best way to run plex, but port forwarding and using VPN tunnels is not an option right now, thus the relay being utilized. Since yesterday it has not worked.

Does anyone know why this might be? No config changes were made my end.
