Plex remembers when I skip a track that is playing?

When I play a track from the web browser on my computer, and if in the middle of a track I skip a track or go to some other music content. Then I play Plex on my phone and I try to play a track I listened to on the computer, the iOS player goes to the point where I pressed skip.

In other words, it doesn’t start at the beginning of the track. Is there a setting somewhere to always have it start at the beginning? I looked, I cannot find a setting.
