I have setup my port forwarding the same way as I have always done, and cannot get Plex to allow remote access, Keeps converting to 2MB.
Tried a different manual port
Rebooted Fibre box and Router
Restarted Nas
Tried 3 different remote sites to access Plex on different broadband
Checked with ISP they are not blocking 32400 and *****,
I obtained a static IP
At a loss here
Nas is not behind a VPN
Yoursignal.com states that 32400 and ***** is blocked
At a loss as to what it could be would be really grateful for any help

@Sunilehal
In looking at your account on Plex.tv, I see you have a lot of servers.
Some are active but many are dead.
May I have your permission to remove the clearly old dead ones ?
If you can guide me (by server name) which you’re currently using, that would be most helpful.
I think alot of them will be the same name, the ones Im using are TSH886, TS-673A and NAS4C5D19
@Sunilehal
I’m cleaning up your server list. You had a ‘few’ extras in there.
I see different WAN IPs (vastly different addresses) on the 3 you’ve told me.
They aren’t in the same country.
Are you using a VPN ?
2 Are Behind VPNS, one is not - the one I’m trying to port forward, and gain remote access
Hope that makes sense
Work only on the one not behind a VPN.
VPNs and Plex will almost NEVER work for remote access because the exit IP is always changing. Plex.tv cannot establish a brokered DNS for something which is always changing.
