So my family have the big lifetime plex family pass. We’ve had no issues so far till recently. i can access remotely with my account and my sisters account and have no issue
my sister on the other hand has tired with her account and also with my account and can not watch the plex remotely on her phone she can on her tv through.
I’ve tired restarting the media server. and contacting plex offically and havent gotten anywhere she still gets the prompt she needs plex remote pass. I could use some help please
Then their server should be accessible remotely by anyone who is invited.
Your own server though will not be accessible remotely, because you yourself don’t have a Plex Pass and no Remote Watch Pass either.
That makes no sense since I an access my server while using her account remotely with no issues. and access it through my account as well.
BUT she cant access it remotely either her account or my account if that was the issue then she should be able to access remotely using my account no issues. and i shouldnt be able to access it remotely using her account. but I can
