Remote streaming broken for family even though I have a Plex Pass

With the new update to the Plex app, my father can no longer stream remotely from my server. I have a lifetime Plex Pass, so anyone I share my libraries with should be able to remote stream them, even if they don’t have a pass. He sent me a screenshot of the app requiring him to sign up for the Remote Watch Pass, but he shouldn’t have to do that since I’m a Lifetime Pass member. How do we fix this?

Restart the PMS on your server. That should fix it.
