Plex rename my movie file randomly

hello, I have been using plex for several months and after integrating my movies titles I had to rename some cover with the title in French (with the lock on). I notice that when I enter the film to have the summary, give a movie rating, etc …, plex software updates the cover (the cover rotates on itself) and renames the movie with its original title (by overprinting the lock on on lock off and the French name) but this does not happen with all movies.

I recorded a video that shows the bug with my phone.

i try to turn off auto refresh on plex but nothing change.

Can some one help ?

am I the only one to encounter this problem?
I found the solution. When you force the name of the movie the lock on is activated but if you also update the cover at the same time, then plex valide both but automatically desactivates the lock on and when you refresh the database, names change. Let me retype all my videotech one by one to correct and make sure that lock on are active.
