I’m back to see if anything has changed with the mindset of PLEX.
A couple of years ago i asked the question Why does PLEX remove “THE” from Music and Movie titles etc, When i list a movie or music with THE in the title PLEX always removes it. I don’t understand why PLEX is adamant in removing THE from the title. The Beatles is not Beatles, The Rolling Stones is not Rolling Stones, THE beekeeper, THE Birdgcage. All these titles are what the Film and Music Producers have issued them as so why not adhere to the proper title and have less confusion than is needed on PLEX. Everytime I add a title I have to search through hundreds of title to find the right one and then rename it to it’s correct title. Why not screw with every title and call The Rolling Stones, Stones Rolling The. It just doesn’t make sense. I hope someone in PLEX programming sees the light and make everyones lives much easier.

Again as last time I’m using Plex web server on a WD and again I’m not a programming guru like you so I’m hesitant to screw up my working server specially not having any knowledge of such things. So again I’m stuck with a not so perfect Plex system. I I’ll come back in a couple more years maybe someone will see the light and make Plex a fantastic system.
