Change the Play\Pause feature for cast devices.
When pausing playback on Chromecast the Chromecast device still reports playing in the JSON dump from the cast device itself.

I am integrating Plex with smartthings and its hard to do an action when the information on the chromecast does not change when you play\pause the movie\series. This is supported by netflix\youtube and all the other big ones.

This happens when casting from a plex in chrome browser and when casting from the app.
