Hi,
I have all of my media (remuxes) in a Wasabi S3 bucket, I have Plex on an Amazon Lightsail instance.
All is working well, I added a new ~23GB movie to the S3 bucket and hit “Scan Library Files” and waited nearly an hour for it to complete…
s3fs command:
s3fs blah /mnt -o passwd_file=xxx -o allow_other -o umask=000 -o url=https://x.y.z
Throughout that time I was watching the Lightsail network utilisation spike and running df -h was showing / gradually growing by ~23GB and then the scan finished and the disk space went back to normal?
Is this normal, or have I messed something up with the mount or Plex settings, it didn’t do this with the other 130+ movies (4.0TB)?
All I’ve done is disable thumbnails, markers, audio analysis and disabled all of the scheduled tasks.
Why the heck would this happen?
