i suppose i need to change the scanner to plex media scanner first
and then add another movie after the restart.
i did get a new router but this was about two moths ago and plex was working on this router until a few weeks ago.
upnp is enabled for the synolgy server.
the folowing ports are opened
these match Plex
No Way just restarted PMS added a movie and the plex scanner worked.
What * did you do?
i did not change a thing
i added Dragon Ball Super Super Hero (2022)
scanning took al little longer because it was getting preview thumbnails and credit detection wich TMDB did not do.
here is the log file. credit detection is still running at this point

Yes, the scanner stopped working again, no matches found on new movies or tv shows.
I updated PMS yesterday to Version 1.32.6.7557 and the scanner was working after that.
i added multiple movies and tv shows.
i just added another tv show and noticed the scanner stopped working again.
i restarted PMS and the scanner was working again.
Can you provide a filename for movie that was not matched? I just skimmed the logs and didnt see anything obvious, having a filename I can focus in on those specific logs.

I see it stopped working after a restart, I can see in the logs that the agents never get initialized for some reason, I’m not exactly sure why yet and I cannot reproduce the problem on my side, but I’ll add some additional logging to try and diagnose this further.
I see you restarted again and it worked after that, so you should be good for now. If you see if stop working after a restart, then try restart again until I track down what’s causing this issue for you.
