Server Version#: 1.41.0.8994
Hello, I have recently started having problems importing new files. As soon as I scan a media library, all my shares are scanned. It does not come to an end and the server CPU is utilized at 100%. This is unusual and new.
Plex runs via a Docker container (linuxserver/plex). Could it be that there is a bug in the version? I have to stop and restart the Docker, then the scanner stops.

The most common sources of this problem are:
Media automation tools (e.g. torrents) writing to media libraries monitored by PMS.
Automated permission setting / changing scripts (PMS is sensitive to this)

Mh, I don’t have media automation tools. I’ve not changed anything since the last scan, so no automations. I just purchased a Plex Pass today

May I have your debug logs?
I’d like to see what else got triggered when it restarted

The reason for the ongoing scans was the credit detection
It tooks a long time to scan a movie, so the scanner was permanently active and used a lot of cpu power.
I deactivated the credit detection for my movies library.
I also updated the image of the PMS to the newest version.
Now everything‘s fine.
Thank you again.
