Plex sees I've added an album, but won't show any of the tracks

I’m trying to add a new album to my Plex server. It’s in a folder that has 30+ albums already showing up, and the file format (M4A) has been used for many past albums no problem. The album shows up in Plex but only under “Recently Added Music”. When I look at it, it’s blank. I’m not sure when this started, I only bought the album a few days ago and just noticed it’s not showing up.

I don’t know where to start to figure out what the error could be. I checked file permissions and some other basic things on my Linux box, but it would be really nice to know the actual error that’s happening so I can try and troubleshoot this.

UPDATE - I went back to Bandcamp and decided to download the album in a different format. I started with AAC, but this time I went with some VBR MP3’s. The problem seems to have gone away.

I was digging through all the logs and the only relevant error I could find was something about it thinking the disc number in the IDv3 tags was “-1”. Not sure where that came from, and for now I’m just gonna walk away from this and pretend it was malformed AAC files.
