Two music albums not showing up in the library

Hi, I’m new to Plex, and I’m generally happy with how it’s now up and running - only using it to stream my music. However, there is one strange thing going on. I pointed the server at the folder in which all the albums are stored, and it built the library which seems to include all the albums except two both by the same artist.
When I view it in Folder mode the folder is there, but when I view in Artist, Albums or Tracks these two albums don’t show up. I’ve checked the mp3 tags and reset them and they look fine, and tried “Scan library files” several times but they just refuse to show. Anyone got any ideas?

You should inspect the other albums by the same artist.
See if the tracks from the missing albums are showing up under a wrong album name.

This can happen when your files have incomplete or wrong embedded metadata
and/or if your folder structure is not according to the Plex guidelines.

Verify embedded meta data for accuracy and completeness.
Adapt the filename and folder organsiation rewired by Plex.
Then perform the Plex Dance with the album (with music, you can omit step 4 of the dance)
