How to force Plex to add an album to Music?

I have 8 albums on my hard drive done by The Decemberists. Why are only five of them appearing in Plex Web? How can I force Plex to recognize the other three?

Server Version#: Version 1.32.3.7192
Player Version#: Version 4.100.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
Why isn’t Plex adding all the albums under one artist?
