My server cannot connect to anything and after signing out then in it displays:
No content available
Check your network connection and verify that any media servers are online.
I have checked that I am connected to the internet and my LAN. Just prior to this I would be watching a show and it just stopped and returned to the movie list page. I suspect this is connected to this problem.

I tried you suggestion but received the following:

This is snap installation so it will still work?
snap installs are known to be problematic, I would recommend a regular install if possible.
