Hello everyone,
I have recently shut down my old laptop server and moved to a ASRock J4105-ITX motherboard.
I am currently running Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS, and I am using the Plex Media Server from the Snap Store just so I would not have to update manually.
However, I keep having trouble claiming the server. Some days I can log in and claim the server, but then I cannot get remote access. Other days, I cannot claim the server at all. I have no idea what is going on. I have uninstalled the snap version and downloaded the latest version manually but I still had the same trouble, so I dialed back to the snap version in case I could get it to work. I am using the same router my old server was connected to, and my old server had no trouble at all connecting. Granted, I was running Ubuntu 16.x.x. Could that be the problem?
