Plex Server Crash when i play sync video whit IPad Pro

Hi all. In my log. Between 19:43 and 19:46 User: Redbull. Each time i play video sync in my IPad. Server crash but if i play the same video in Downlaod and Sync whit same IPad (like Offline). All good.

Someone can help me? Thx
