Plex Server Crashes Daily

Ever since the last two major updates, my plex server crashes daily and requires a manual restart, which is beyond annoying. There’s no tech support email address or phone number… now what.

Same problem for me, someone please help. Does that ‘verbose logging’ thing record the crash and give info for the Plex people to diagnose?

My PMS has been pretty rock solid for months, yet in the past couple of updates it’s now crashtastic. At least twice today so far. I can see in the logs folder that it is sending crash reports to Plex, so I’m hoping a fix will come soon.

Can I send my full logs zip file to somebody at Plex? I’d prefer not to post it publically as there is probably some sensitive info in some of the files (IPs, logon tokens, etc).

Support is through the forums. Security Tokens are not logged unless you specifically enabled their logging
