This problem just started this afternoon. I’ve been looking and no real help anywhere.
My friend was on her account watching something then she said she got an error saying that my server doesn’t allow secure connections and telling her to go unsecure. I have the option in plex for secure connections as the default, Preferred. Then when I go to check the plex server app, I go to click on it in my task manager and it just disappears. I open it back up and the Remote Connection only starts when I open the app. The app stays on for a little while then just crashes again and now it is more frequently.
I just updated yesterday to the new version of Plex Server and am running Windows 10 Pro.
Which log files should I add? I have a few downloaded from the Troubleshooter in Plex.
