We’ve used Plex for 2-3 years now with no problem and suddenly today we’re getting the above message and can’t access our libraries. I feel like an idiot because the solution I’ve found is to go to Settings>Network>Secure Connection to select “Preferred,” but the settings in the Plex app have no Network page/option. There are settings for Web and Account, but that’s it. What am I doing wrong and why would this suddenly change? We’ve done/changed nothing and didn’t even use the computer on which Plex Server is installed today.
