Plex Server crashing all the time

Hi all!
Running Plex server on Windows 10 - it crashes almost immediately after launching player on any platform (Samsung TV, Android phone, iOs app)

I’ve tried to figure out what’s the problem and from the logs below I gather it has something to do with my GFX drivers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am a Plex Pass subscriber (if that helps : )

Server Version#: Version 3.104.2
Player Version#: Any and all are updated.
