First time having to post as I can usually sort these issues out. However, after the recent update to 9717, PMS would start deadlocking where it would still show in the system tray, but any attempt to access the server was left on a webpage that continually shows loading but never reaches the server and eventually errors out. Forcing PMS closed and reopening works again for 5-10 minutes before the server eventually deadlocks again.
I even tried rolling back PMS to the last stable release but the issue now still persists. I cannot get PMS to stay functioning for more than 5-10 minutes at a time.
The link below has a mem dump file, token log, and server logs to hopefully assist. Sorry it’s a big file…the DMP is pretty big but I wanted to include it in case it helps.
Anyone else having the issue or able to assist what’s going on with mine?
