Plex Server Deleting parent folder along with eposide

Ok I have for example folder /Media/TvShows/Show Name/Season 2/file02e01.mp4

If the only episode in that “Show Name” folder is file02e01.mp4 and I delete that episode from the web or rouku. Plex Server is deleting the entire “Show Name” directory including the “Show Name” directory then next week when a new eposide airs the “/Media/TvShows/Show Name” directory does not exist to put new files there.
