Plex Server does not open on PC

Hello,

I would really appreciate some help. I have used a Plex media server before and it worked very well. Basically, I have had to create a new account and after re-subscribing, re-loading and basically going through the entire process again with a new account, the server will not open on my PC.

I assume there is something left over from the previous account that is causing problems but I have tried to delete all trace of Plex from my PC prior to reloading this. However, I am having no luck.

Any help would be really appreciated. I have Windows 10, my PC is connected through LAN to my Samsung Smart TV, and I have spent quite some days trying to find a solution. I’m not terribly tech savvy but I think I know just about enough to make this work. It seems bizarre that the app would simply stop booting up - not even an error message or instructions for removal of stealthily hidden files. Just does nothing!
