I’ve been using Plex for nearly a decade. Rarely run into any issues. For whatever reason Plex randomly stopped working. I made a bad decision to delete my account and uninstall Plex and try to reinstall everything with no luck. I can download the Plex Media Server but it never opens. Not sure where to turn.
Apologies in advance, I’m about a 2/10 computer savvy.

In case anyone else sees this and has a similar problem, what worked for me was performing a “thorough uninstall”. I had tried uninstalling PMS before and that didn’t help. I saw a post from @OttoKerner who recommended a little more thorough uninstall here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201941078-uninstall-plex-media-server/ and that fixed it. Many thanks Otto!
