Can't open plex server windows app (tried reinstalling)

I simply cant open the server app .exe file. I’ve tried reinstalling, I’ve tried repairing the installation… ive tried deleting the plexapp.plugins.library.db after reading a different post… none of them work. Im using windows 10, and my ultimate aim is to stream movies on my pc to my firestick hd.

I had installed plex a couple of years ago and never bothered using it… don’t know if this is a factor.

Can anyone give me some simple advice, please? I’m not super savvy with windows etc

Please note that opening Plex does not reveal a UI. Plex Media Server runs in the background. To check if it is running, look for the Plex icon in your system tray (the area with icons in the bottom right next to the clock). You manage PMS using Plex Web, which you can open manually if you know the URL, or you can right click on on that PMS icon and then select “Open Plex…”

Edit - To add, you logs look fine. PMS appears to be up and running.
