Plex Server Doesnt Show? HELP PLEASE

Hi All

I have installed plex on a Raspberry PI3 and for the life of me it cannot find the server. The url is accessible as http://IP-of-Pi:32400/web

I then log into my plex account and then nothing. It keeps on searching for a plex cloud server but nothing! I dont want the cloud server, I have it installed on the PI but how do I get the damn thing to show up?

Under devices the tab that says server does not show up either?

Can anyone help please?

ah, i figured it out, I had to create a tunnel to it as it was on a different network.
