Plex server tab not showing up on server

This is frustrating me, but perhaps I am doing something stupid.

I have a FreeBSD jail that I have hosting plex. I installed plex just fine and I can access to local page by visiting:
http://Server_IP:32400/web
I am using bridged networking, and I can successfully ping out to google, plex and the rest of the world.

Upon accessing the local server, it asks me to log in, which I did.
It now tells me “Looking for servers” in the top left

And if I click “settings” all I see is:
'Web Users Devices"

How can I be connected to the server’s locally and it tell me that there is no server? Thanks for the help.

I have tried multiple installs. I even created a new plex account just to make sure there wasnt something cached on plex’s side.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the server isn’t recognizing itself?
