Just checking to make sure that the Plex Media Server files still cannot be placed on a ExFat drive.

Correct. PMS uses symbolic links which are not support on ExFat.

More precise: the Plex data folder cannot be moved to an exFat partition/drive.

The Plex server program folder should in general stay on drive C: (which is supposed to be NTFS as well).
