Plex server for western digital pr4100 -- looks like I need 1.41.2 can't find out

if I manual install latest plex server doesn’t work – client says I need server 1.41.2 – can’t figure out what to do – am stuck – any help == please send me to my email ron@resnick.me

when I try latest one it won’t install???

when I use client on ipad it asks for 1.41.2 – western digital – not good customer service -

How won’t it install?
At what point of the procedure do you get stuck? Is there any error message?
