Plex Server freezing

Hi, recently my Windows PC running Plex Media Server keeps freezing when transcoding and playing a file directly (2gb Video file). Is this a common issue?

Server Specs:
CPU: i7 4790k
Ram: 16GB DDR3
GPU: 980Ti
SD: Samsung EVO SSD 850 500gb
HDD Media: ST6000VN0033 6TB
OS: Windows 10
