Hello, my Plex server crashes without indicating an error on the client and server side, the videos stop and load endlessly, then on the server side I see the Plex icon in the windows bar disappear, this only happens with the hardware acceleration active with an NVIDIA graphics card when the film requires transcoding.
And I have the impression that the problem only happens when the server processes a large file, such as 4K or some streams, but its must always be transcoded
The first time it happened 3 months ago on my first PC (i7 7770, GTX 970, 16GB RAM), then in the meantime I removed the graphics card and let the hardware acceleration with the intel iGPU of the processor, and that since without problem, and I recently buy an RTX 2080 Super that I put in a new PC under Ryzen 3600, and I see today that the problem returns, the version of Windows is 19090, 18363.815 , the pilots are up to date.
