I’m having an issue. Plex is generating gigabytes of files. I’m running the server on a Mac mini with a small hard drive and Plex is literally filling the HD enough to crash the machine. It generated 127GB the other day.
This is something I never experienced in the years I’ve been using Plex. Is this a bug or did I, without intention, trigger this?
The files generated are in the following file structure:
User> Library>Caches>PlexMediaServer>PhotoTranscoder
It’s doing this at such a rate I have to check it on an every-other-day basis. Right now, I’m deleting these files and there seems to be no effect on the Plex server.
Please advise.
