Plex Server Hacked?

Hi, running Pi-Hole and OpenDNS Im getting several requests from my Plex Server:
Aug 27 20:21:57 dnsmasq[8120]: reply 192-168-1-21.29f7b6744f174dcf8403bd2b77dbcaf4.plex.direct is 146.112.61.109

The IP however is blocked by OpenDNS due to malware… any ideas?

Could be a DNS rebinding issue.

Sorry was saying why an malware IP… very strange… Ive shutdown external access but it keeps coming every 10 mins…
