Plex Server HW Requirement 4k TrueHD Transcode

I am working on hardware requirement for a new Plex Server build.

My question is it possible to build a server that can do 4k playback on any MKV file.
Video: direct 4K play
Audio: TrueHD to Ac3 Transcode

Mediaplayer ATV 4k and Samsung 2018 TV.
Or do i need to remux all the files to MP4 like i do today, no matter the Plex Server Hardware

i will skip the “live” TrueHD to Ac3 Transcode, And instead pre-transcode the audio to AC3

All 4K Blu-ray disks include Dolby digital or dts 5.1

You don’t have to convert anything, you just have to make sure you rip the audio tracks that are compatible with your devices.
