Plex Server is asking for my sign on everytime I open it up

For quite a while now, Plex Server never asked for my user sign on and password. Plex Server is set to start up with my Windows 10 Pro desktop, which it does without any problems and does not require any sign on credentials. But when I double click the Plex icon, it asks for my login credentials every time. Quite a while back I had this very same problem but it went away at some point, but now it is back. Is there anyway to fix this so that I don’t have to sign in each time I call up my Plex Server? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Sounds like you might use some browser add-ons / plug-ins that’ll delete cookies etc. – this will cause Plex to ask you to sign-in whenever you re-open the web app. Best disable those or create an exception for the domain plex.tv

Thanks Tom, I will try that and see if that works. I think I may have set Firefox to delete cookies on exiting a week or so ago.
