Plex server is running but not accessible

I would like to ask for their help. According to service plexmediaserver status , Plex is running.

When I go to http://10.0.30.222:32400/web/index.html , it says it’s unavailable.

I need the log files please.

Since you can’t download normally,

  1. Stop PMS
  2. create a tar.gz
sudo tar cfz /tmp/Logs.tar.gz "/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs"

attach the tarball here

Check the size of /tmp/Logs.tar.gz if it is still 45 bytes, you have NO logs
The problem you face is much larger and at the system level

Also, I don’t know about OMV. I’m unfortunately not equipped to aid in it.

Someone familiar with what looks like Docker on OMV needs to help

Open Media Vault isn’t a supported platform. How it does things is completely unknown.

Maybe you can look in their forum for help?

I suspect the Mikrotik router is incorrectly set up.
