Plex server is running on QNAP 671 but when trying to connect it doesnt work

After more than half a year i wanted to watch again some movies on my fully working plex environment a few days ago.

Ive made all updates on the qnap, plex included.

After rebooting i am trying to connect in my home network xxx.xxx.xxx:32400
The web site starts because it said that it needs to be connected to the plex account.

Ive made this

After that i was wondering where my movies and series where…
I didnt found my media

Ok, i said to myself let me check the server settings

But i didnt find any entry conerning server settings anymore

Over smb i still got access to my shares with my movies
But plex dont find a local server / my QNAP anymore

There is written please download a plex server version !!!
But it is running on the qnap

Starting and stopping the qnap server plex version didnt helped
Uninstall and new install didnt help

I am very disappointed about this

What about the network settings from plex? Why there isnt any menu entry as in the past???
Why does it not work anymore allthough in the past the whole system was running well

I would be happy to get any help here…

Hello Sorry to hear of your struggle. We can work on fixing things.

should help you determine if your server is claimed or not
by following the directions at the top.

Let us know what you find. I suggest you don’t try to do more on that document beyond determining claimed or not, because we may need to take special steps.
