Plex server issue with Apple

My buddy @adriandallara is having issues being able to log into his account on his mobile devices. Every time he tries to log in he gets this error.

We’ve tried things but can’t seems to resolve the issue. We can see his media on his Mac and I can see his media remotely but he can even log into his account on his iPhone or iPad. Any help would be great

We can’t talk to you about someone else’s account, but he likely needs to reset his password.
