Plex server keeps buffering / stuttering in plex Web app

Hello,

I have a server running in container with a Nvidia GPU.

When I run plex media player for Windows, I have 0 issues, no matter if it’s direct play or transcode. Only 20% of CPU is used, GPU transcodes without any problem, and there is no issue with watching any format (4k, whatever).

Using the plex web app, I see that the transcode is using HW, but I have lots of buffering and stuttering. I’m wondering if this could be due to BW issue between the plex servers and my plex server or if there’s a way for me to figure the reason why easily (opening the player is a bit tedious to me).
