Plex Server keeps crashing since update to 1.41.3.9292

I am running into an issue with this version. When I start my server it comes up without issue but when i try to get to the GUI on my windows PC the server crashes. No errors. I am trying to get to my settings but as i said as soon as I pull up the GUI on my PC to get to settings the server crashes (gone from taskbar tray) but the process stays when i look into task manager.

Anything I can try to at least pull the proper logs?

Plex is now closing out in task manager as well. I also would like to state that I downloaded and installed multiple earlier versions with the same issue.

Was able to briefly login to get logs. Let me know what else is needed.
