Thanks for the logs, we’re investigating.
I sent you a PM.
I am running into a similar issue with this version. When I start my server it comes up without issue but when i try to get to the GUI on my windows PC the server crashes. No errors. I am trying to get to my settings but as i said as soon as I pull up the GUI on my PC to get to settings the server crashes (gone from taskbar tray) but the process stays when i look into task manager.
Anything I can try to at least pull the proper logs?
I am having the exact same issue as you. My server launches and then just crashes after 10mintues or so while am busy streaming.
I read the logs and it is saying that there is a crash but has not description. The log says it is writing a crash report to a fil but when I got to that folder. It is empty.
I have attached my logs here:
@drzoidberg33 are you able to assist me?

I don’t usually get crashes but did today on QNAP server version 1.41.3.9292. It’s back up after stopping\starting Plex app in AppCenter. I was running the early release version for a couple days before crash. Attaching logs from shortly after restarting Plex just in case it helps with troubleshooting a possible recurring issue.
I’d recommend downgrading to the last stable release (1.41.2) until we can address this issue which only seems to be affecting a very small amount of users currently.
I don’t see any crashes for today in your provided logs.
There is a shutdown event received, but this is something external asking the server to shutdown and seems to be the only logs for today.

Plex was reporting “no sources” and wouldn’t connect to library or show any server settings via local or app.plex until I restarted it so not a full crash - might be unrelated then. I just came looking in forums just in case there were other reports and saw this one so tagged in just in case it was early example of possible issue; might just be a local hiccup and coincidence then that’s unrelated to the other’s issues.
I keep meaning to learn more about understanding and intepretting the Plex logs myself but just never quite get to it… I appreciate you taking a look at it.
Also having issue since update last night. Win 11. Logs attached. Have downgraded for the time being.

Unfortunately the downgrade did not do anything for me
Downgrade did not resolve. Still crashing as well.
I reinstalled the latest update and performed several restarts on the host machine and the server. It appears to have stabilized with no further crashes for the moment.
Same issue here. When trying any folder updating Plex crashes.
Same problem here, updated to 1.41.3.9292.
nothing but problems
Windows 11
PMS doesn’t provide crash logs, crashes during executing crashuploader.exe
no relevant or up to date crash dumps in AppData\Local\CrashDumps either.
crashes during library scanning.
I have downgraded to drzoidberg33’s recommended version 1.41.2.9200 and do not face this problem (at least shortly after restarting PMS
The new beta fixes the originally reported issue.
